A Mini print (5 x 7) from an Australian Artist - something to keep to brighten up your day
A little surprise (flat) – like a bookmark, stickers or greeting card

Billing & Subscriptions

If you choose the subscription option, payments are billed automatically on the same day of the month that you originally subscribed.

By signing up, you acknowledge that Little Country Letters is an ongoing monthly subscription until you choose to pause or cancel.

Our previous Little Country Letters will be available to purchase as one-offs.

You can update your address, payment details, pause or cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal in your account. If you don’t know how to access this, please email us at letters@littlecountrylane.com.au

If you purchase Little Country Letters alongside other shop items, your letter will ship separately at the end of the month.

Missing Mail

If your letter hasn’t arrived within 4 weeks after the shipping date, please email us at letters@littlecountrylane.com.au and we’ll happily re-send it.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to re-ship letters more than 2 months after the original shipping date.

Why hasn’t my letter shipped yet?

Letters are packed with care and sent on the 28th of each month.

Any new subscriptions after this date (Midnight AEST) will be included in the NEXT month.

When will I receive my letter?

Little Country Letters are sent via regular untracked letter post, an email will be sent out when they are posted - but there is no tracking.

Australia: usually arrives within 1–2 weeks (metro areas)
Rural areas: may take a little longer
International: it can take 2-3 weeks

You can update your address, payment details or pause/cancel your subscription anytime through your customer portal.
